Responsibilities:
- Support the cloud based Timekeeping solutions
- Assist users in resolving issues
- Participate in performance monitoring and optimization
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
Technical skillset:
- Experience in atleast 1 industry standard ticketing tool
- Experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk role
- Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management
- Experience in supporting cloud applications
- High energy, ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting demands
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Knowledge on MS Office Applications (WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, MS Project)
Qualifications:
- A University or college degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4+ years’ experience in Application Support or Service Desk

Skills Required

- MS SQL database fundamentals and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012R2, and 2016
