Lead and execute Caesars New Orleans marketing strategy to drive revenue from premium domestic and international players through segmentation, media campaigns, promotions, events, partnerships, and database-driven programs; manage national coordination, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and VIP relationship development to maximize casino, hotel, and F&B profitability.

Support development teams managing cloud and datacenter deployments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Manage containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (EKS/GKS), automate SDLC tooling (Jenkins, Git), administer Kafka and AWS services, monitor performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, enforce security/compliance best practices, and provide training and documentation.

Lead and mentor analytics team members to deliver rigorous, actionable analyses that improve profitability and operations. Build senior stakeholder relationships, design reporting and dashboards, use SQL/BigQuery and BI tools to develop analytics, drive cross-team initiatives, and guide junior analysts in technical skills, presentation, and prioritization of high-impact work.

Support Casino and National Marketing teams by assisting with floor greets, VIP and guest services, event and promotion execution, data collection/reporting, campaign preparation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations and elevated guest experiences.

Lead enterprise paid media and advertising strategy across TV, CTV, digital, social, search, OOH and programmatic channels. Own media planning, buying, optimization, agency relationships, measurement and ROI. Partner with Finance, Analytics, Procurement, Brand and regional teams to set investment guardrails, KPIs, and governance. Build and scale media capabilities, lead regional leaders, and deliver executive reporting while developing talent and operational best practices.

Supervise and direct casino property surveillance operations (gaming and non-gaming areas), observe and report suspicious activity, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain video equipment, write investigative reports, coordinate with other departments and law enforcement, and provide leadership to surveillance staff on the graveyard shift.

Lead MarTech product strategy and roadmap, manage Product Managers, and own end-to-end Martech stack (CDP/CRM/ESP). Drive personalization, campaign orchestration, segmentation, activation pipelines, measurement, and vendor/model risk orchestration. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data Science, CRM, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver data-driven features, dashboards, and operational efficiencies that improve campaign ROI, activation, retention, and customer experience.
