Manage CAE’s Operations Support department and lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers and process engineers. Responsibilities include resource planning, coaching, escalation management, departmental vision, service compliance, budgeting, process improvement, efficiency metrics, technical problem-solving, and risk management. Build, automate, operate, and modernize CAE’s hybrid infrastructure across Azure, OpenShift, VMware, and on-premises services. Develop infrastructure automation, self-service capabilities, monitoring, incident response, runbooks, and resilience practices. Support OpenShift Virtualization migration, infrastructure lifecycle management, and reliable platform operations while collaborating with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams. The role requires Microsoft infrastructure expertise, automation skills, Git-based workflows, operational reliability knowledge, and French-English bilingualism.

Welcomes customers and visitors, manages registration and reception, resolves inquiries and complaints, supports training-related administration, collects survey data, maintains merchandise inventory, and assists with events. The role coordinates with internal teams to maintain excellent customer service and smooth Training Centre operations. Support planning and execution of acquisition and proposal portfolios by developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and Plans, ensuring schedule integration, performing critical path and what-if analyses, supporting EVM, identifying risks and variances, conducting schedule risk assessments (including Monte Carlo), and communicating status to stakeholders while promoting planning best practices.
