The Microsoft 365 Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Microsoft 365, focusing on improving user experience, aligning stakeholders, managing product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring compliance and governance.

Supports finance and operations through accounting processes, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, variance analysis, month-end reporting, and profitability analysis. Partners with senior leaders and operational teams to communicate financial results, provide actionable insights, maintain reporting accuracy, and improve forecasting and reporting processes. The role also coordinates with accounting and third-party providers on tax and compliance matters.

Support month- and quarter-end close reviews, SEC filings, financial statement preparation, earnings releases, board presentations, audit coordination, SOX controls, disclosure checklists, and reporting calendars for three BDCs. Analyze financial data under U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, manage auditor requests and recurring deadlines, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve controls and data quality.

Supports the Head of Core Compliance by administering the Code of Ethics, reviewing personal trading, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and outside business activities. The role also supports AML and KYC reviews, regulatory oversight, governance reporting, books and records requirements, policy maintenance, compliance training, forensic testing, and technology initiatives. The senior associate handles complex compliance matters, identifies process improvements, and participates in system enhancements.

Provides legal advice and support for Barings investment funds, including fund formation, structuring, capital raising, distribution, marketing, investor negotiations, documentation, and regulatory matters. Manages outside counsel relationships and collaborates with internal teams across alternative investment strategies. The role requires expertise in fund structures, securities regulations, drafting, negotiation, and private wealth distribution.

Support delivery of UK & EMEA marketing plans and local activation of global campaigns. Coordinate campaigns, email and CRM workflows, content distribution, events, compliance reviews, budget tracking, and reporting with sales, investment and central marketing teams.

Support business development, client servicing, and product development for the Global High Yield and CLO platform. Prepare marketing and strategy materials, respond to RFPs/DDQs, coordinate with investment and sales teams, deliver market updates, and assist in client/prospect meetings to grow assets under management.

Lead client portfolio management and business development for Barings' European Private Credit strategies. Serve as primary liaison for clients, prepare RFPs/DDQs, produce marketing and reporting materials, present market and performance updates, support product development, and collaborate with investment, sales, and marketing teams to win and retain assets.

Lead accounting policy and consolidation determinations for complex investment structures. Research and document accounting conclusions, coordinate parent-company approvals, perform consolidation analyses, support financial statement disclosures and impairment memos, liaise with investment teams and legal, and identify process efficiencies including AI-enabled tools.

The Associate Director of Institutional Sales will develop and manage client relationships, raise institutional capital, and collaborate on business development within Japan.
