Develop embedded software for connected medical devices throughout the product lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, debugging, integration, verification, validation, and launch. The role supports device-to-device, mobile, and cloud connectivity using communication protocols and collaborates with systems, electrical, quality, regulatory, digital, and manufacturing teams. It also contributes to software quality, cybersecurity, compliance, product enhancements, and engineering changes.

Provides commercially focused legal counsel for Stryker’s Benelux business and selected Northern European matters. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial, tender, healthcare, distribution, and service agreements; advising on healthcare regulations and public procurement; managing disputes and investigations; mitigating legal and compliance risks; delivering training; and improving contracting and governance processes. Supports product launches and lifecycle management by maintaining accurate master data across PLM, ERP, and global item management systems. The role monitors data integrity, resolves discrepancies, supports data governance and regulatory procedures, analyzes trends, and recommends process improvements. It partners with project management, operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams, while contributing to documentation, training, and scalable data management practices in a regulated medical device environment.

Manage product master and transactional data across PLM, ERP, and global item management systems. Support product launches, lifecycle changes, and discontinuations while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Monitor and resolve discrepancies, analyze trends, improve data processes, maintain documentation and training materials, and collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders on system setup and change requests.

Leads APAC financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, close reporting, variance analysis, and business performance management. Partners with regional and country finance teams, translates financial results into actionable insights, manages reporting and data integrity, supports profitability analysis, and drives automation, FP&A transformation, and process improvements. Presents findings to senior stakeholders and coordinates multinational finance deliverables.

Creates and revises CAD layouts, engineering drawings, fixtures, equipment designs, models, and technical documentation. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure functionality, manufacturability, durability, regulatory compliance, and document control. Supports prototype assembly, testing, design analysis, process improvements, component and tooling acceptance, and team training.

Leads logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center launches, network changes, ERP implementations, and 3PL transitions. Partners with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and external logistics providers to define requirements, design processes, execute testing and training, manage risks and budgets, and support go-live. Analyzes supply chain data, tracks project and operational metrics, drives continuous improvement, and provides post-implementation support to ensure adoption and stability.

Design and develop medical device components and modules, translating design inputs into engineering specifications and subsystem designs. Create prototypes, analyze solutions, resolve technical challenges, and verify designs. Apply mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing, GD&T, and CAE knowledge while maintaining regulatory, quality, risk management, and design-control compliance. Produce engineering documentation, including Design History File content, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management teams.

Develop and integrate features for a robotic-assisted orthopedic platform. Translate clinical needs into system requirements, prototypes, acceptance criteria, and design documentation. Evaluate integrated robotic systems, troubleshoot issues, analyze test data, and collaborate with software, controls, mechanical, platform, and verification engineers. Support products from concept through launch while engaging surgeons and clinical stakeholders. Contribute to requirements traceability, design controls, testing, trade studies, and technical decision-making.
