Develops and implements manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical products. Responsibilities include product transfer, process qualification and validation, engineering documentation, risk assessments, work instructions, performance analysis, continuous improvement, and manufacturing scale-up in a regulated environment. Collaborates with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, marketing, and project management teams to support new product introduction and production readiness.

Supports daily training operations, onboarding, training event logistics, LMS administration, content maintenance, and ServiceNow ticket processing. Facilitates basic training sessions, coordinates vendors and regional events, executes routine system transactions, and contributes to Kaizen and process improvement initiatives. Requires accurate task execution, clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to follow established procedures while contributing practical insights to training roadmap development.
