What you will do:
- Develop and execute the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and drive business growth through direct sales and effective collaboration with dealers, distributors, and surgeons.
- Drive regional profitability by closely monitoring gross margins and optimizing the margin index across products and channels.
- Partner effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, to deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
- Execute product launch strategies in alignment with Sales and Marketing plans to ensure strong market penetration and adoption.

The job has full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions or changes.
