Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic customers—managing escalations, incident response, integrations, and proactive lifecycle recommendations. Liaise with account, support, operations, and engineering teams, deliver executive presentations, plan production changes, and drive process improvements to ensure customer success and product adoption.

Own and execute the regional marketing plan for UK, Ireland and South Africa, aligning sales and marketing. Lead ABM, demand gen, partner/channel, events, and digital campaigns. Localise EMEA programs, brief agencies, run regional events, report program metrics and contributions to pipeline, and support cross-sell/upsell initiatives. Based in Reading with ~20% travel.

Manage and grow Proofpoint relationships at large enterprise accounts. Develop and execute account strategies, prospect for new opportunities, build C-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional resources, maintain accurate Salesforce account data, forecast pipeline, and conduct regular business reviews and health checks to meet sales quotas.

Manage up to 35 mid-market named accounts in Illinois, sell the full Proofpoint platform via direct and channel partners, prospect and close new business, upsell/cross-sell, execute account plans, maintain forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene, perform executive-level selling and technical presentations, and coordinate internal/external resources to deliver multi-product, multi-year proposals.

Manage and grow a product support engineering team delivering enterprise customer support for cybersecurity products. Own case queue health, escalations, hiring, coaching, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in South Africa, drive new logo and expansion SaaS sales of the Proofpoint security and information protection platform, build executive relationships, work with systems engineers and channel partners, deliver pipeline and forecast accuracy, and execute value-based selling for complex, high-value opportunities.
