Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure Windows-based infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, IIS, SQL Server). Implement IaC and automation, monitor performance with SCOM/SolarWinds, enforce security/compliance, maintain DR/BC plans, provide expert troubleshooting, and document architecture and operational procedures while driving continuous improvement.

Lead and supervise an embedded hardware development team to design, develop, and test fire-detection products. Own product functional specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams (analog, digital, RF, PCB, firmware, software, V&V, manufacturing), manage schedules, budgets and resources, drive quality and first-time-right KPIs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide pre-sales technical support for chiller products to branch and sales teams, design/customize chiller systems for data centers, create tools/documentation, obtain supplier quotes, and support order execution while tracking product development and advising on installations and code/equipment issues.
