Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst, Cloud Ops with strong engineering and architectural expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Windows-based infrastructure solutions, including servers, applications, and associated technologies.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the Wintel environment while driving strategic architecture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Design
Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available Windows-based infrastructure, including:
Windows Servers
Active Directory
Core enterprise services
Develop high-level architectures, technical designs, and detailed documentation for Wintel initiatives.
Align infrastructure designs with organizational standards and long-term IT strategy.
2. Implementation & Configuration
Deploy, configure, and maintain:
Windows Server environments
Active Directory services
IIS, SQL Server, and related components
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as:
PowerShell
Ansible
Terraform
Ensure standardization and automation across environments.
3. Performance Optimization & Monitoring
Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization.
Identify and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
Use enterprise monitoring tools such as:
System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
SolarWinds
Proactively identify potential risks and resolve issues.
4. Security & Compliance

6. Troubleshooting & Support
Provide expert-level support for Wintel infrastructure issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve:
Hardware, software, and network-related problems

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,000-85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
