Designs and develops air- and water-cooled chiller components and systems through mechanical and electrical engineering analysis. Responsibilities include component selection, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, specifications, DFMEA, failure analysis, corrective actions, documentation release, and manufacturing support. Provides technical direction to global engineering, production, service, applications, and marketing teams while managing multiple projects. Requires domestic and international travel up to 10%.

Build and lead Johnson Controls’ global demand planning organization for its Data Center business across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Own the consolidated demand forecast in units and dollars, establish statistical forecasting and accuracy processes, lead consensus demand reviews, and connect demand planning with S&OP, manufacturing capacity, finance, sales, product management, and supplier requirements.
