Process and prepare claim correspondence and discharge letters, manage settlements (reimbursement, total loss), ensure complete organized documentation, prepare reinsurance claim files, maintain data consistency across systems, support SLA and documentation quality, and perform quality-control rechecks before submission.

Manage accounts payable activities including billing intake, payment preparation and recording, AP reconciliations, withholding tax processing and submissions, petty cash supervision, bank communications, and ad hoc accounting operations.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Oversee tax planning, reporting and compliance, coordinate audits, monitor cash flow and forecasting, identify process improvements, and lead and develop junior finance staff while supporting ad-hoc financial analysis.

Drive sales growth in Pekanbaru by recruiting and visiting dealers, building partner relationships, monitoring prospects, coordinating with teams, handling administrative tasks, and reporting results to the Branch Head.
