Job Description :
- Achieve business targets set by the company in the Pekanbaru area.
- Recruit new SOB (Source of Business) partners to expand business opportunities and strengthen the network.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers to obtain new business opportunities and support business closing from cash dealers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, clients, and business partners.
- Monitor and follow up on business prospects to ensure target achievement and business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Branch Head regarding achievements, business strategies, challenges, and problem-solving plans.
- Handle administrative processes and documentation related to marketing activities and branch operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
- Good administrative and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for dealer visits and business development activities.
- Experience in relevant industry is an advantage.
Skills Required
