Supports wealth management advisors with client meeting coordination, onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, compliance tracking, trade processing, cash flow management, and routine client inquiries. This is a full-time winter student/co-op position in Montreal lasting 4–16 months.

Candidates will collaborate with finance teams and support projects across areas including reporting, product control, banking finance, insurance finance, and wealth management.

Develop and enhance AML/ATF transaction-monitoring solutions using Python, machine learning, network analysis, NLP, and advanced analytics. Analyze large datasets to identify elevated financial and reputational risk, tune detection models, visualize performance, document methodologies, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with AML analytics teams, business partners, industry peers, and vendors while researching emerging technologies and best practices.

Supports High Risk Client Management teams with enhanced due diligence and anti-money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessments. Responsibilities include investigating high-risk clients, identifying risk indicators, researching alerts and referrals, preparing written assessments, assigning risk ratings, and determining when further documentation or investigation is required. The role requires strong analytical, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
