Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Business Analyst at RBC? Participate in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
What will you do?- Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
- Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
- Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and support the development of business solutions.
- End-to-end collaborative gathering and documentation of information.
- Experience creating process documents & end-user documentation and training.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of web content, training material, user guides, FAQs, etc.
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and absorb new concepts quickly and apply new knowledge

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2027 Student placement with a start date of January 2027, and end date of April 2027. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2027 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2027), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
