Lead electro-mechanical product development, motor controller and firmware integration, technical reviews, verification and validation, corrective actions, architecture, feasibility studies, and technology roadmaps. Coach engineering staff, manage capabilities and knowledge gaps, collaborate with project management and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with medical device development standards and design controls.

Develop and maintain automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines, execute manual and automated functional, regression, and exploratory tests, analyze failures, report results, and collaborate with Scrum teams to improve software quality, testability, and automation standards. The role supports medical software and digital health products in an on-site environment.

Manage customer collections and outstanding invoices for an assigned portfolio in Romania. Responsibilities include customer communication, payment dispute resolution, account documentation, credit risk support, credit limit recommendations, order release decisions, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and other stakeholders to support timely payments and optimize cash flow.

Provides sales-function administrative and analytical support, including forecasting, budgeting, quota development, sales-data analysis, incentive calculations, commission budget control, and maintenance of sales and marketing systems. Leads medical device product design and development through concept generation, engineering calculations, material selection, CAD modeling, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and feasibility studies. Builds finite element models and performs structural simulations using ANSYS or Abaqus. Develops prototypes, evaluates design solutions, collaborates with global cross-functional teams, and may mentor junior engineers or manage projects.

Lead cyber defense activities including real-time alert monitoring, full incident response lifecycle, forensic analysis, threat hunting, detection rule development, and stakeholder briefings. Create playbooks, mentor teams, collaborate with SOC partners, support post-incident reviews, and improve processes and threat models to reduce organizational risk.

Support medical device product design, development, optimization, sustaining engineering, and release activities. Create component and assembly drawings using ASME guidelines, apply GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensure designs meet safety, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, vendors, manufacturers, clinicians, and other stakeholders while following design controls, PLM processes, and applicable medical device standards.
