Manage end-to-end OEC and overseas employment cases under Philippine law; advise clients and assignees on DMW/POEA procedures; oversee case preparation, filing, tracking, and closure; serve as client escalation contact; lead and coach team members; monitor regulatory changes; and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Support global corporate development by mapping and documenting as-is and to-be processes, analyzing process data to identify improvements, assisting with operating model design, applying Lean continuous improvement techniques, maintaining governance and documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enable process change.

Provide immigration counsel and case management for corporate clients: research, draft petitions and legal documents, assess eligibility, communicate with clients and agencies, support immigration program compliance, supervise junior staff, and improve processes while using firm technology and adhering to policies and SLAs.

Provide corporate immigration legal support: assess visa eligibility, prepare petitions and legal documents, conduct research, supervise paralegals, manage client communications, ensure compliance, use firm technology, and contribute to team activities.

Provide Australian immigration law advice, manage an independent caseload, support senior advisers on complex matters, and focus on corporate and non‑employer sponsored immigration work. Collaborate with clients and team members in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.

Provide mid-level immigration law support: independently manage cases, research complex immigration issues, prepare filings, supervise junior staff, maintain client relationships, meet productivity goals, and improve processes while ensuring compliance with firm protocols.

Prepare and file immigration petitions, gather and review documents, draft case materials, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, meet SLAs, compile case data and reports, follow firm policies and data privacy, and support team productivity.
