Job Description

Fragomen is looking to hire an Assistant Business Immigration Manager to join our Philippines Inbound Immigration team.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise clients on Philippine immigration regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Manage a portfolio of Philippines inbound immigration matters for corporate clients.

  • Oversee the preparation, filing, and tracking of immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, providing timely updates and strategic immigration advice.

  • Monitor changes to Philippine immigration regulations and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of immigration professionals on day-to-day operations and case management.

  • Review casework and provide guidance to ensure compliance with firm standards and immigration requirements.

  • Conduct training and mentoring to support team development and performance.

  • Manage operational issues, client escalations, and complex immigration matters in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

  • Prepare reports, client communications, presentations, and immigration-related research as required.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and service delivery.
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in any discipline; Law, Legal Services, Human Resources, or related fields will be advantageous.

  • Must have experience handling Philippines inbound immigration matters.

  • Must have prior leadership experience, including team supervision, coaching, mentoring, or people management responsibilities.

  • Solid knowledge of Philippine immigration regulations, compliance requirements, and government processes.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients and providing immigration advisory services.

  • Strong client relationship and account management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage escalations and challenging client situations professionally.

  • Demonstrated initiative and accountability in resolving client and operational issues.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery.
