Define and document stamping manufacturing and maintenance processes for progressive carbide dies and high-tonnage presses. Specify equipment, spare parts inventory, safety requirements, gauges, and work instructions; train staff; coordinate equipment acquisition and installations; lead continuous improvement and quality compliance for assigned processes.

Support day-to-day AR/AP operations: process cash receipts and invoices, apply payments, research payments and vendor credits/debits, handle customer AR inquiries, and enter data into the ERP system.

Provide advanced second-tier technical support via phone, email, and onsite; troubleshoot complex product issues; conduct customer training; manage cases and status updates; develop technical documentation and assist with software deployments; identify opportunities for sales and service growth.
