Key Responsibilities
Product Management Support and Execution
- Support Product Managers in executing product-related initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities across the product portfolio.
- Assist with organizing product information, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accuracy of product records within company systems.
- Help coordinate activities related to product launches, product updates, and product lifecycle management.
Product Information and Communications
- Support the development and maintenance of product literature, brochures, specifications, presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
- Assist in preparing internal and external product communications, training materials, and presentation content.
- Ensure product information remains current, consistent, and accessible across relevant platforms and resources.
Market, Customer, & Business Insights
- Gather and organize information from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other stakeholders to support product initiatives.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing customer, market, and competitive information to help inform product decisions.
- Support reporting activities by preparing project updates, summaries, and business insights for the Product Management team.
- Support special pricing requests and annual pricing review activities, including data collection, competitive pricing research, margin analysis, and preparation of pricing recommendations.
AI & Process Improvement Support
- Assist with Product Management initiatives involving artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies.
- Support adoption of new tools and practices that enhance efficiency, information management, and decision-making.
