Lead supply planning for manufacturing, co-packers, and distribution centers. Drive master production planning, inventory and capacity planning, deployment, IBP/S&OP processes, network optimization, cross-functional projects, and team development to improve service, reduce costs, and enhance planning systems.

Lead customer strategies for assigned brands to deliver volume, profit, and P&L goals. Own annual planning, forecasting, trade management, sell-in execution, and merchandising/assortment targets. Develop category growth strategies and sales stories, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze program performance, and equip field sales with insights and tools to drive execution and growth.

Lead ingredient procurement strategy and supplier negotiations, perform category analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Manage contracts, mitigate supply risks, support R&D and procurement digital initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory and implement process improvements.
