Senior NOC specialist responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving advanced cross-system network incidents, improving NOC processes, and leading small projects. Collaborates with engineering, security, service desk, and vendors, supports 24/7 operations and on-call rotations, and develops tool and procedure enhancements to meet SLAs.

Track and report test results, implement automation scripts and playbooks, prepare testing artifacts, and support remediation and documentation for Enterprise Application Services.

Develop, edit, format, and maintain technical and business documentation. Translate complex technical information for technical and non-technical audiences. Manage multiple documentation requests, maintain repositories in SharePoint and Teams, provide status updates, ensure accuracy and consistency, and use advanced Word and PowerPoint to produce polished documents and presentations.

Design, execute, and automate test cases for infrastructure and workplace services. Identify, document, and report defects; collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. Maintain test lab environments, adhere to QA standards, and continuously improve testing processes using tools like Jira, Confluence, SpiraTest, and Rapise.

Lead drafting, negotiation, administration, and interpretation of highly complex proposals and contracts for government programs. Coordinate with integrated program teams, ensure compliance with legal and government cost guidelines (FAR/DFARS), mentor junior contract professionals, advise leadership, maintain contract records, and support proposal preparation and customer contract activities.

Provide earned value analysis and EVMS guidance for military engine programs (F135). Support budgeting, scheduling, risk and what-if analyses, Estimate-at-Complete reviews, monthly data reconciliation, compliance audits (DCAA/DCMA), and program review preparation while liaising with PMO and engineering to ensure contract compliance and performance reporting.

Support NSMS Portfolio FP&A by managing Rplan forecasting, annual and long-range planning, monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and Element of Cost review. Partner with program management and cross-functional teams to produce budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, drive process improvements, and deliver quantitative decision support for bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
