UnspecifiedATS is seeking an experienced Sales Representative. This role is responsible for one or more production areas at our site in Taiwan. You will interface with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment with plenty of challenging opportunities. You will be engaged with Production Test Engineers, Design Engineers, Production Associates, Management, and customers to ensure product and process compliance, continuously improve processes, and meet organizational goals. Your knowledge and experience will be valued and contribute to furthering the success of ATS Sales.
The Sales Team provides leadership for integration and execution of sales and marketing practices and processes. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships and promoting the company's products and achieving sales targets.
Onsite: This position will work onsite at our site in Taiwan Zhubei office with regular business visiting trip to Taiwan customers and potentially to Japan and USA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- At least three years of sales experience; able to work independently (experience in the semiconductor industry or at TSMC is a plus).
- Regularly visit domestic and international clients to maintain stable client relationships; responsible for business development; communicate and explain the company’s key business updates, events, and products.
- Basic office software skills, e.g., using Excel formulas.
- Gather client intelligence, provide product demonstrations, and conduct sales.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to think independently; capable of handling client interactions independently after training.
- Highly self-disciplined and able to work well under pressure.
- Outgoing and comfortable interacting with others.
- Possess good communication skills and clear logical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor-related sales is highly preferred.
- Experience in project management (PM) is highly preferred.
- Candidates who can provide TOEIC test scores are highly preferred.
