The Account Executive will sell Filevine's matter management solutions, manage the sales pipeline, achieve quotas, and provide forecasts to management.

Lead frontend development of production web applications using Svelte and other frameworks. Build reusable components, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, ensure UI/UX quality, accessibility, and performance. Lead a small team, coordinate releases with QA, write tests, follow Git and CI/CD workflows, and collaborate remotely with stakeholders across the US.

Partner with Account Executives to demo and position Filevine's legal SaaS and AI solutions, assess client needs, present consultative demos, and help develop solutions within the Filevine suite.

Lead escalated technical problem-solving and design custom solutions using native product features and creative configurations. Create reusable guidance (articles, videos, builds), share findings across teams, maintain deep product knowledge, and manage competing customer priorities with accountability. Occasional travel as needed.

Own Filevine's end-to-end webinar program: plan and manage the webinar calendar, registration, technical production, promotional assets, tracking and analytics, attendee follow-up, content tagging, and cross-team coordination to meet performance goals.

Support Account Executives by consulting with legal prospects, delivering storytelling product demonstrations, assessing needs, and recommending Filevine solutions. Maintain deep product knowledge and help research and configure solutions to solve customer legal operations challenges.

Lead architectural strategy and modernization for large-scale distributed systems. Design modular, extensible services, migrate legacy monoliths to microservices, optimize AWS infrastructure and costs, document and visualize systems, facilitate cross-functional design, mentor engineering teams, and scout emerging technologies.

Lead and grow a Mid Market sales team to meet revenue targets by coaching AEs, designing strategic plans, forecasting, driving pipeline generation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Own weekly forecasting, territory planning, and mentor reps through regular 1:1s to improve win rates and revenue growth.

Quota-carrying enterprise sales role selling Filevine case management to legal clients. Manage full sales cycle, forecast performance, use CRM, partner with SDRs, develop territory strategies, and consistently meet/exceed quotas while guiding prospects through evaluation and purchase processes.

Six-month IT help desk internship providing end-user support via ticketing, Slack, and in-person; assist onboarding/offboarding, manage endpoints and MDM (Intune, Kandji), perform audits, support AV/conferencing, and contribute to IT projects to improve efficiency.
