Owns assigned accounts/territory in Japan, develops and executes RFID sales strategies, builds relationships with decision makers, leads complex technical and financial negotiations, coordinates solutions with internal teams, and is accountable for revenue and margins.

Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Linux desktops/laptops: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, perform OS imaging, patching, deployments, manage on-site asset inventory, assist procurement, handle tickets within SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. On-site in Montreal, Monday–Friday.

Perform functional and sanity testing, root-cause analysis, JIRA ticket triage, and create documentation, FreeMarker templates, shell scripts, and DB queries. Collaborate with implementation consultants, PMs, engineering, and support teams while handling multiple implementation projects and client-facing activities.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams from concept to deployment, managing program scope, schedule, budget, risk, system integration, release management, and product definition. Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, and data analytics; coordinate stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal; present status to senior leadership and ensure program quality and ROI.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Android applications and background services. Lead architecture and complex system integration of software and hardware, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and produce documentation and tools to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.

Provide bilingual (Mandarin) technical support via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot product issues, document interactions, escalate complex cases, coach junior agents, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to process and platform improvements.

Partner with senior sales leaders to improve pipeline data integrity and forecast accuracy. Lead adoption of sales technologies (including AI tools), drive change management, support compensation and territory planning, streamline onboarding, deliver targeted training, and perform data-driven analyses to identify gaps and improve close rates and sales productivity.

Design, automate, secure, and operate cloud environments across AWS/Azure/GCP. Implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, manage cloud costs (FinOps), respond to L3 escalations, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and product teams to deploy and maintain secure, automated cloud solutions.

Lead cross-functional hardware product development for machine vision and RFID solutions from concept to deployment. Manage schedules, budgets, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, integration, and go-to-market activities while coordinating EE/ME/software teams, partners, and stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and performance goals.
