Operate and secure JWICS across Wing and SCIFs: install, configure, patch, and sustain systems; investigate malware; manage Active Directory and user privileges; coordinate with Air Force cybersecurity teams; support RMF/Xacta processes and produce technical documentation for classified environments.

Extract and analyze issue data to create dashboards and reports, run trend/root-cause analysis, brief stakeholders, support continuous improvement, and explore AI/automation to improve issue detection and metrics.

Lead a technical writing team to produce and maintain technical manuals, TIGs, SOPs, System Security Plans, HTML/markdown pages, diagrams, and briefings. Design information architecture, manage documentation lifecycle and QA, coordinate with engineers and SMEs, leverage generative AI for drafting, and track interagency agreements and G-Invoicing compliance.
