Maintain plant equipment, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. Develop and troubleshoot Siemens PLC programs, HMI/SCADA screens, field instruments, IMCCs, VFDs, and industrial communication networks. Lead commissioning, site acceptance testing, troubleshooting, engineering documentation, vendor coordination, maintenance planning, budgeting, spare parts management, and technical support. The role also requires electrical switchgear maintenance, safety compliance, and execution of instrumentation and control projects.

Configures industrial communications, alarm management, PLC integrations, MES/ERP connectivity, and SQL databases. Leads projects through commissioning, coordinates engineering and IT teams, troubleshoots system and communication issues, optimizes performance, supports production systems, and maintains documentation and uptime.

Prepare statutory financial statements, support European entity audits, manage income tax accounting and reporting, provide tax information for returns, coordinate with authorities and external advisors, and collaborate across finance, legal, and transfer pricing teams. The role also supports process automation, standardization, new technologies, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Pick, pack, stage, label, and load customer orders for shipment. Verify quantities, packaging, and SAP records; inspect products for damage; support inventory control, cycle counts, and database updates. Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while following warehouse safety procedures and 5S principles. Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Build, install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing and test systems. Modify and validate PLC, HMI, robotics, motion-control, and industrial network systems; develop Python automation tools; support Power BI dashboards; perform maintenance, calibration, validation, and root-cause investigations; coordinate equipment integrations and acceptance testing; maintain technical documentation and train production personnel.
