Implements data quality checks, versioning, lineage, reproducibility, distribution, and infrastructure integration across cloud and compute environments. Develops dashboards monitoring data quality, scenario coverage, labeling, and ML readiness while collaborating with AI/ML, perception, validation, and platform engineering teams.

Supports product-line purchasing and new-business pursuits by tracking RFQs, estimates, program information, BOMs, quotes, and red issues. Completes and closes estimates in the company system, maintains administrative folders and trackers, assists the Product Line Purchasing Leader, and ensures compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Designs and verifies automotive electrical circuits, performs circuit simulations, worst-case analysis, laboratory testing, EMC qualification, and PCB design reviews. Leads value engineering, cost-reduction, reliability, and product improvement initiatives while collaborating with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customers. Provides technical leadership for research and development, resolves technical issues, supports peer reviews, and trains engineers.

Develops global PCB design standards, fabrication and production documentation, process verification, training, audits, and technical solutions for automotive manufacturing. Supports IPC compliance, supplier quality, process optimization, automation, simulation, equipment utilization, and material flow. Leads cross-functional projects and provides enterprise-wide PCB technology expertise across global production sites.

Develop and validate sensor fusion and vehicle tracking algorithms for L0-L3 autonomous driving. Design, integrate, test, and release algorithms; improve functional performance; resolve perception issues and collaborate with downstream teams globally.

Own end-to-end mechanical and electromechanical product design, development, validation, and release for automotive low- and high-voltage electrical centers. Create Siemens NX models, assemblies, drawings, specifications, and BOMs; apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, packaging, and DFM/DFA/DFT principles. Manage configuration control, supplier and tooling reviews, PPAP, testing, corrective actions, and production launch readiness while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supplier teams.

Develop high-fidelity simulation environments, digital twins, sensor and vehicle models, synthetic datasets, and automated validation frameworks for autonomous mobile robots and drones. Build scenario generation and regression testing infrastructure supporting CI/CD, HIL, SIL, and MIL workflows. Collaborate with autonomy, controls, perception, hardware, product, and customer teams to validate algorithms, measure sim-to-real performance, reproduce field issues, and advance Aptiv’s robotics simulation strategy.
