The role coordinates global teams, third-party providers, and senior leaders; assesses business processes, identifies efficiencies, supports tooling and system optimization, and presents project status and recommendations to executive audiences.

Lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of enterprise data platforms supporting secure data exchange, discovery, governance, integration, and self-service consumption. Establish scalable patterns for data quality, lineage, observability, privacy, and security while reducing bespoke workflows through automation. Provide technical leadership across engineering organizations, influence architecture decisions, mentor technical teams, and translate complex business needs into reusable cloud and on-premises data solutions.

Manages billing services delivery by translating business and customer needs into billing configurations. Builds and manages relationships with banks, fintechs, wallets, payment institutions, and receiving service providers; negotiates agreements and pricing; drives push-to-card and bank enablement; improves transaction performance, payout speed, and partner economics; and develops new corridors and network expansion strategies while coordinating with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Treasury.
