Analyst, Technology Account Management
Overview
We are seeking an Analyst, Technology Account Management (TAM) to support the delivery and ongoing performance of Mastercard's technology solutions for key customers.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client engagement, offering exposure to real customer challenges and the opportunity to build strong foundations in payments, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting issue resolution, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Role:
Customer & Operational Support
• Support the delivery of technology and operational services for assigned customers, ensuring a consistent and reliable customer experience
• Track and coordinate customer issues, incidents, escalations, by working with internal teams to support timely and effective resolution
• Gather relevant information to assist in troubleshooting and contribute to resolving customer queries through cross functional collaboration
Execution & Process
• Execute defined components of TAM processes and projects with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain up-to-date customer records, technical documentation, and system data
• Support communication of product updates, release changes, and operational notices to customers
Insights & Reporting
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards by gathering and organizing operational data
• Support operational and service reviews by preparing relevant information and documentation
Collaboration & Growth
• Work closely with internal teams to support consistent service delivery to customers
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build expertise in payments and TAM processes
• Identify opportunities for incremental process improvements within day-to-day activities
This role provides strong foundational exposure to customer management, payment operations, and cross-functional collaboration, and serves as a stepping stone toward more advanced roles within Technology Account Management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with exposure to customer-facing, operations, or technology-related roles • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and contribute to problem-solving • High attention to detail and structured approach to managing tasks • Eagerness to learn and build expertise in payments, customer operations, and technology environments
