Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Monday.com and Aha! across the enterprise. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, license validation, workspace configuration, user training, workflow automation, issue resolution, vendor coordination, integration troubleshooting, change request support, platform monitoring, reporting, and maintaining Confluence documentation and training resources.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Monday.com and Aha!, including onboarding, configuration, user provisioning, training, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. The role configures workflows, dashboards, templates, and automations; supports integrations and change requests; monitors platform data quality and resiliency; and develops reporting, documentation, and training resources to drive enterprise adoption.

Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable Java and Spring-based API services and product platforms. Translate requirements into technical designs, write maintainable code, conduct research and proof-of-concepts, participate in reviews, and support production APIs. Create lifecycle documentation, deployment plans, estimates, and technology roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architecture, standards, and technology selection.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of technical product features. Translates business needs and customer feedback into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized platform capabilities. Collaborates with engineering, UX, technical program management, customer service, and internal stakeholders. Monitors development, resolves delivery risks, supports launches and post-launch reviews, maintains product documentation, and improves team processes and self-service support.

Responsibilities include customer onboarding, workspace configuration, user provisioning, training, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, change request execution, platform monitoring, reporting, documentation, and adoption initiatives. The role partners with engineering, product, and vendor teams to maintain platform resiliency, resolve integration issues, and roll out enhancements across the Agile Work Management Tools ecosystem.

Develop, test, deploy, and support highly available, low-latency authentication and decisioning services. Build REST APIs and microservices, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to automated testing and CI/CD, maintain platforms, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, SRE teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Lead technical programs and software release strategies for Mastercard’s decision management platform. Plan schedules, milestones, change and risk management, and coordinate complex cross-functional projects. Provide technical guidance, oversee deliverables, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support Scrum practices. The role requires software development familiarity, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with project management, software releases, Scrum, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Owns a portfolio of combined identity, fraud, advisory, and network product offerings from opportunity assessment through launch. Defines positioning, value propositions, target segments, sales motions, and enablement. Analyzes large datasets using Tableau and Power BI to size opportunities, track KPIs, and guide business cases. Develops market insight and thought leadership while securing alignment across product, consulting, sales, and regional teams in a complex matrixed organization.
