Manage and maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce/GCRM, support marketing and sales with list creation and campaign data operations, design reports and dashboards, perform regular data cleanup and de-duplication, coordinate with stakeholders on data validation, and ensure privacy compliance.

Lead end-to-end record-to-report processes for assigned entities, including balance sheet reconciliations, FCCS, intercompany and month-end activities. Post entries to the general ledger (Fusion), prepare management reports, support audits, resolve transactional intercompany queries, liaise with business partners, and maintain strong internal controls while driving continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain production-quality automated tests across API, app, and UI layers using Node.js/JavaScript, Mocha, WebdriverIO, and Appium. Own test automation strategy, debug and validate code, collaborate with engineering/product/UX, log and track defects, and participate in QA planning and CI-driven test reporting.

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Build LWC/Aura components and Apex code, configure Service Cloud features, create integrations (REST/SOAP/Platform Events), implement declarative automation (Flows/Process Builder), perform data migrations, manage CI/CD with GitHub Actions, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver scalable customer service tooling.
