Job Summary
Lead and execute end-to-end R2R accounting processes for assigned entities, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and full compliance with company policies and global standards. Serve as a key business partner, supporting stakeholders and driving resolution of accounting issues while aligning processes across entities. Own multiple sets of books, maintaining high-quality delivery, strong controls, and consistency in accounting practices. Champion a “Right First Time” culture and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall R2R performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs R2R functions related to Balance Sheet Reconciliation, FCCS, Intercompany and month-end activities and reporting.
- Ensure all entries are posted to general ledger in Fusion in an accurate and timely manner and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books.
- Assist in the preparation of various audit requirements.
- Liaise with Business Units, Business Controllers, Business partners, Operations as first point of contact.
- Ownership of the daily queries relating to transactional Intercompany activity and analysis
- Take a proactive approach in resolving issues encountered.
- Maintain strong internal controls by having a full understanding of the expense process and ensure that accounting policies and procedures are adhered to.
Job Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Accountancy
At least 3 years of experience with record-to-report, intercompany or general accounting
Intermediate to advance Excel skills.
Experience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft.
Experience in medium to large company environment.
Experience in large multinational company preferred
Good English communication skills required
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
