This is a permanent role in the LNP APAC DART team. The primary role of the Customer Data Management Analyst II is to provide data support to several departments through data input, management, reports, and contact list development.
The candidate must be thorough, detail-oriented, and understand customer data in terms of its accuracy, quality and the impact this has on our clients within marketing, sales and finance.
Accountabilities:
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assess data requirements to develop and manage accurate lists for Marketing campaigns and Sales
- Extract and manipulate customer data from CRM and other business systems for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide data management support during the lifecycle of marketing campaigns
- a. Data Refresh
- b. Unsubscribe
- c. Input of new data
- d. Privacy Checks
- Lead input, report, and management
- Design reports and queries for various product and customer data requirements
- Marketing deployment through segment creation for email marketing
Data management:
- Data maintenance by ensuring accurate customer information within Salesforce and GCRM:
- a. Input of new customer data
- b. Modify and validate existing customer data
- c. Regular data clean up to uphold data integrity
- d. Import and export of data
- e. Manage and mitigate data duplication
- Develop, where applicable, data and report process enhancements
Team and stakeholder engagement:
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve data validation and modification
- Monitor adherence to contacts policies and manage customer contact information
- Develop an understanding of Privacy Compliance and ensure laws are upheld
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 2-3 years experience in CRM management, proficiency in Salesforce and GCRM is an advantage
- Experience in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience in CRM database navigation (GCRM, Salesforce, or any similar tools)
- Knowledge in data structure, management, and clean-up
- Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)

- Detail oriented
- Strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
