Lead strategy and delivery for knowledge management and AI in an AI-assisted research workspace. Own product vision, roadmap, and squad delivery for project spaces, personalization, and a researchers persistent memory. Run customer discovery, partner with retrieval and storage teams, work with embedded data scientists on evaluation, and turn evidence into prioritized product improvements toward an AI-maintained knowledge base.

Support and improve financial reporting for Credit Risk, Receivables, Ageing Debt, and Cash Collections. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated processes; perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis; support system migrations, audits, ad hoc investigations, and stakeholder requests.

Drive adoption of LexisNexis Protege by building lawyer-to-lawyer relationships with senior legal stakeholders, delivering demos/presentations, translating workflows into AI-enabled solutions, supporting pre-sales pursuits, driving client engagement across the lifecycle, and capturing customer insights in CRM to inform business and product recommendations.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly management accounting, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting to senior management. Partner with business units to improve cost control, budgeting, and multi-year revenue/expense forecasts. Design, monitor, and improve internal control systems and procedures to mitigate regulatory and policy risks.

Manage and grow accounts within legal, compliance, IP departments and law firms. Prospect and close new sales, retain renewals, drive product demand, run client strategy meetings, increase account revenue, and apply legal and SaaS product knowledge to meet targets.

Provide phone and email-based technical support for ThreatMetrix and Emailage SaaS products: troubleshoot installations, APIs, networking (DNS/SSL), document cases in Salesforce, escalate complex issues, and assist customers with product navigation and usability. Shift work includes nights and weekends.
