Serve as senior finance and accounting subject matter expert advising leadership on federal accounting, compliance, and financial systems. Lead NORTHCOM regional Information Warfare and Sensitive Activities operations: plan and coordinate IW/EW tasks, drive mission synchronization, develop playbooks and modernization strategies, integrate cross-functional teams, manage projects end-to-end, and train onsite teams to support Special Operations Forces and strategic competition missions.

Design, deploy, and maintain ML and generative AI models on GCP (Vertex AI) for SOCEUR HTAP. Build MLOps infrastructure, RAG and agentic workflows, productionize models with secure, low-latency endpoints, CI/CD pipelines, model governance/XAI, and optimize for HPC/Edge (TPUs/GPUs). Advise mission owners and integrate vector DBs and multi-agent systems.

Lead design and maintenance of automated test suites for SAP S/4HANA, Mendix, and integrations. Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility (Section 508) and UAT testing, document defects, produce test plans/cases, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders within a SAFe Agile environment to improve QA processes.

Develop and maintain cross-platform (Windows/Linux) C++ software; complete and review pull requests; collaborate with testers and team members; support Navy end users and lifecycle tools; communicate status to leads and learn new tools.

Design, build, and scale production AI systems and cloud infrastructure. Architect multi-agent flows, implement RAG pipelines and semantic search, manage vector DBs and preprocessing, and deploy secure AI microservices in cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enforce security/privacy best practices for LLMs.
