Lead a team of consultants to assess and optimize operational processes using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven analysis. Build stakeholder relationships, design transformation plans, coordinate multi-stakeholder project implementation, and measure impact with cross-functional change teams.

Support daily outbound campaign operations and mail‑merge tasks, ensure quality and adherence to SOPs, flag data issues, execute test plans, collaborate cross‑functionally, and recommend basic process improvements to maintain timely, accurate campaign execution.

Interpret client contracts to set up financial, rebate, and pricing guarantees; produce and validate reconciliation and client reporting; communicate with Account Management and cross-functional teams; support audits, resolve issues with data analysis, and drive best practices across Financial Client Operations.
