Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Technology Recruiter with a strong track record in high-volume, complex hiring within a multinational organization. This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver scalable talent solutions while maintaining high quality, speed, and compliance across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, senior leadership, and critical roles while managing volume hiring mandates
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and leadership capability needs
Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies across multiple markets, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, talent pipelining, and market intelligence
Manage high requisition volumes without compromising candidate experience or hiring quality
Assess leadership, functional, and cultural fit using structured interviews and data-driven selection approaches
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive benchmarking
Collaborate with HR, CoEs, and regional TA teams to ensure alignment with global hiring policies, compliance, and DEI commitments
Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost efficiency)
Ensure a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience across all hiring stages
Required Experience & Qualifications
12+ years of technology recruitment experience, including executive search and volume hiring in a multinational or matrixed environment
Proven ability to manage multiple senior-level requisitions simultaneously across regions
Strong experience hiring across diverse markets, cultures, and talent pools
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and building long-term leadership pipelines
Solid understanding of employment regulations and hiring practices across multiple countries
Data-driven mindset with strong command of recruitment metrics and ATS systems
