Lead regulatory horizon scanning and change oversight for Pershing and Markets EMEA. Maintain governance frameworks and tracking tools, assess regulatory impacts, support prioritisation and implementation, liaise with enterprise regulatory change, provide compliance advice and challenge, prepare management information and support regulatory reporting and cross-functional communications.

Lead regulatory change oversight across Pershing EMEA, monitor UK/EU/Irish/Jersey regulatory developments, maintain regulatory logs and governance, coordinate implementation with PMO and stakeholders, oversee horizon scanning, produce management information for compliance risk monitoring and regulatory reporting, and provide compliance advisory support across Pershing and BNY stakeholders.

Lead and support fund/client accounting workstreams, strengthen controls, embed regulatory requirements, standardise processes, coach team members, and drive automation and service improvements across Global Institutional Accounting.

Draft and enhance clear risk narratives for KYC onboarding, remediation, and periodic reviews across institutional clients. Assess ownership, business activities, jurisdictions, products, and transactions to identify financial crime risks, escalate issues, perform quality assurance, partner with KYC/Compliance/Front Office, and contribute to process and standards improvements while adopting AI-enabled tools.

Lead 24x7 production support for mainframe and Java applications, provide on-call incident resolution and root-cause analysis, manage monitoring/observability and SLIs/SLOs, run problem and change management, oversee capacity and performance, collaborate with dev/QA/infra teams, and produce runbooks and operational documentation.

Lead the development of scalable full stack applications for Liquidity Financing, ensuring reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
