Support Enterprise Account Managers by qualifying expansion opportunities, managing a small pipeline, conducting discovery and outreach, executing deal tasks, maintaining Salesforce data, participating in forecasts and coaching, and building product and sales methodology knowledge through training.

Lead enterprise solution and industry marketing for supply chain and AI platform offerings. Set go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, and launch priorities; align marketing with product, sales, and executives; manage and develop large marketing teams; drive AI-enabled marketing approaches; and represent the company to analysts, press, partners, and customers.

Provide functional and technical support for WMS/SaaS supply-chain customers. Act as liaison across support, PMG, and consulting teams; handle on-call emergencies; create and maintain knowledge-base content; perform root cause analysis, incident monitoring and remediation; assist during implementations and go-lives; mentor team members; run customer health checks and performance reviews.

Support presales demos, POCs and pilots by configuring environments, preparing and executing data pipelines, building scripted scenarios, validating results, troubleshooting, documenting runbooks, and collaborating with solution, product, and engineering teams to deliver reusable demo assets aligned to customer supply chain and manufacturing use cases.
