Overview
As a Junior Inside Sales Executive, you will support revenue growth by engaging existing customers, qualifying opportunities, and assisting Enterprise Account Managers with deal execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is developing core selling skills, product knowledge, and pipeline discipline within a structured environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Enterprise Account Managers on shared accounts by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
- Manage a small pipeline of in-quarter opportunities under guidance, progressing deals through defined sales stages
- Conduct introductory discovery and follow-up calls to identify add-on needs and basic use cases
- Execute outbound prospecting into assigned install base or coverage gap accounts using provided lists and guidance
- Assist with deal execution tasks such as pricing requests, approvals, meeting follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and opportunity data in Salesforce
- Participate in forecast calls, 1:1 coaching, and sales enablement sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal progression and customer needs
- Build foundational product and sales methodology knowledge through training programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn discovery and value-based selling
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and follow defined processes
- Comfortable using CRM systems or learning Salesforce
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to develop a career in sales

The base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $70,000
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
