Configure and enhance Workday solutions, create HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics, and partner with stakeholders to solve system, process, and data challenges. The role improves HR operations through process simplification, automation, scalable technical solutions, and evaluation of emerging AI-enabled technologies.

Leads strategic growth and innovation initiatives from business-case development through launch. Manages strategic partnerships, translates commercial objectives into product and technology requirements, oversees integrated roadmaps, establishes operating models and governance, and coordinates cross-functional execution. Advises C-suite leaders, drives stakeholder alignment, and maximizes adoption of innovation capabilities across financial-services channels and operations.

Lead assurance and advisory internal audit engagements across finance and operations, including operational audits, SOX/MAR testing, and advisory work. Manage multiple engagements, deliver risk-based recommendations, contribute to audit planning, and coach junior team members while maintaining stakeholder relationships and audit independence.

Leads pension risk transfer pricing strategy and execution, overseeing actuarial models, assumptions, reserves, capital, asset-liability management, transaction economics, and inforce business management. Partners with Actuarial, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business teams to deliver competitive, financially sound outcomes. Provides senior-management recommendations, strengthens pricing governance and model controls, and advances automation, analytics, and responsible AI use.

Supports Athene’s fixed income investor relations program by coordinating quarterly investor calls, developing executive presentations and financial communications, analyzing investor sentiment and market trends, and partnering with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Capital Markets, Legal, and Communications. The role improves investor engagement processes and workflows through technology and AI-enabled tools while translating complex financial information into clear messaging for institutional investors.

Drive annuity sales through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship development with independent marketing organizations, marketers, and agents. Partner with Relationship Managers to manage territories, provide annuity product consultation, execute targeted sales campaigns, resolve producer service issues, and improve engagement using sales technology and insights. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, financial services knowledge, and obtaining a FINRA Series 6 license within 12 months.

Own and grow Athene’s Southeast Florida territory through advisor relationship development, annuity solution sales, market expansion, and collaboration with internal wholesalers. Deliver product training, seminars, workshops, and branch presentations; use data and AI-enabled insights for territory planning and personalized engagement; manage sales initiatives, budgets, travel, and expenses. Requires financial services distribution expertise, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, active Life and Health license, FINRA Series 6 or 7, and approximately 75% travel.
