Serve as an Airline ERP/MIS Business Analyst and AMOS SME supporting CAMO, MRO and component services. Responsibilities include incident resolution, AMOS configuration and monitoring, defining functional evolutions, managing and executing test campaigns, documenting requirements and product materials, supporting UAT, data mapping/analysis, and collaborating with support, MIS provider and product teams.

Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Offers, Contracts, Programs, Support, Information Management, and Design Office.

Lead and track regional finance objectives and transversal projects across APAC, support the VP Finance APAC with performance reporting, change and communication planning, stakeholder partnership, and operational improvements. Provide executive assistance, prepare reports and presentations, prioritize tasks, and foster team culture while ensuring confidentiality and continuous improvement.

Perform fatigue and damage-tolerance stress analyses for major aircraft structural components, produce certification stress dossiers and inspection/justification documents, support production concessions and full-scale fatigue tests, liaise with certification authorities, drive continuous product improvement, and contribute to community knowledge capitalization and up-skilling.

The HR Digital Solutions Data Architect will design and implement data solutions for Airbus, ensuring data quality and governance, while promoting a data-driven culture and integrating advanced technologies in HR processes.

The Production Scheduler Advanced plans and manages production schedules considering factors like manpower, materials, and production capacity, and prepares the Weekly Master Production Schedule.

Provide on-site Ground Support Device (GSD) and Maintenance Data System (MDS) support for the A400M fleet at RMAF Subang. Track and resolve MDS queries, update a Query Knowledge Database, support application use and database/server administration, coordinate retrofit activities with Airbus and customer, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company codes of conduct.

Lead and develop the payroll team, standardize and operationalize payroll and time systems, manage payroll integrations and projects, define payroll strategy, ensure compliance and internal controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate payroll processing.
