You will join the Airbus (FHS) organization in charge of the CAMO & MRO Services & Support. The mission of the PSL is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations for customer services.
More precisely the PSL is dedicated to support Customer Services activities related to
CAMO(Performance and Maintenance) & Component Support of in-service fleet
Increase of service revenues of FHS.
Support MRO activities (Parking/Storage/Major Repairs)
We are looking for an Airline ERP/MIS Business Analyst (Functional Expert with IT Background) to join our AMOS competence Center (ACC)
Today ACC is supporting three different Businesses:
FHS business which is providing support to Airlines by preparing and following the scheduled Maintenance planning.
ALS business which is providing aircraft parking, storage and dismantling capabilities.
Major Repair business which is providing MRO capabilities for unusual aircraft repairs.
Those activities are based on a centralized MIS (Maintenance Information System) tool which is called AMOS
You will have the responsibility to:
Understanding the Business Processes used in AMOS.
Understanding the Workflow of the processes implemented in AMOS.
Act as an SME(Subject Matter Expert) to advise businesses regarding the use of AMOS..
Resolve defects and support requests raised by key users
Participate in the definition of AMOS evolutions (new functionalities to be configured).
Manage test campaigns associated to AMOS evolutions (including non regression)
Product documentation associated to those activities (Functional specifications, User Guides, Admin Guide, Test Reports).
Monitor existing AMOS by performing daily check in AMOS console.
You will have a strong collaboration with the Support Team, the MIS provider and the product team members. H24 Europe and India. As the customer base is worldwide with Airbus Teams located in the respective countries, you may have to travel one to two months a year .
Those activities are requested for all three businesses. However you will start by working mainly on one of three topics. Progressively you are of expertise will grow to cover all of them.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in an area such as Information Technology, Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance (AME Diploma) related fields.
Experience in
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Knowledge in the Aircraft Maintenance / MRO
DomainSpecific experience in Airline supply chain
modules like Procurement, Inventory management, Material planning and
Stores/Logistics will be an advantage.
Primary Skills
Strong knowledge of Google suite
Experience in Functional-Technical Support
Knowledge of Airline Maintenance Activities
Working knowledge on at least one Aviation MIS (AMOS,RAMCO,AMASIS…)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Project Management Basic Knowledge.
Autonomy, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skill (Collaboration, speak up, concise and accurate communication).
Ability to quickly switch priorities.
Language skills

Secondary Skills
Knowledge on either of the tools HPALM, Jira, Version One.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Contribute as a focal point for functional questions related to the FHS MIS.
Contribute in Data Mapping on Big data Analysis Platform and Data Analysis of MIS Data.
Documenting Business requirements and communicating to development & testing teams.
Organize, coordinate and support test phases (non regression tests or MIS evolution)
Supporting user acceptance testing.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Requirements
