Lead design and delivery of aircraft cabin retrofit solutions: define architecture, produce CAD engineering drawings and kit definitions, manage subcontractors and stakeholders, develop certification plans, provide on-site technical support, and resolve technical queries.

The Flight Test Engineer ensures proper execution of ground and flight tests on production aircraft, managing test activities and ensuring compliance with operational manuals.

Maintain and troubleshoot Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD) to meet Airbus standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, software/ database updates, recurrent qualification tests, parts management, and on-site bench repairs. Provide 24/7 frontline support to instructors/customers, produce technical reports, propose reliability improvements, and ensure compliance with certification and safety requirements.
