Develop and deliver industrial AR/VR/MR applications using Unity across Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens, Android XR and mobile devices. Manage subcontracting and purchase order processes: generate DDDs, track orders, validate delivery notes, register steps, and support approvals. Monitor laboratory equipment shipments, handle shared-folder access, manage infrastructure tickets, and track domain budget consumption. Use SAP, MAXIMO and collaboration tools to ensure accurate documentation and supplier coordination.

Lead competence strategy and learning portfolio for Engineering/Industrial/Procurement/Quality domains. Identify skill gaps, define job and competence catalogues, design and deploy training solutions, manage learning systems, support lifecycle and change management, and drive cross-organizational learning alignment and communication.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support to assigned business units, handling employee lifecycle activities, basic employee relations, HRIS data accuracy, compliance with Singapore labor laws, HR reporting, training facilitation, and co-leading HR initiatives and process improvements under senior HR guidance.

Ensure FHS compliance with Airbus standards, regulations and customer contracts by advising on quality/regulatory topics, conducting internal surveillance/audits, supporting SMS and CIM, facilitating 9S problem solving, issuing surveillance reports, driving continuous improvement, deploying Airbus BMS, and defining local quality KPIs to reduce quarantined parts and improve deliverables.
