Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SE/MBSE Capabilities Leader (f/m) to join our Propulsion Engineering center based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing propulsion engineering capabilities. As part of the Propulsion Systems Engineering Team, you will be involved in Systems Engineering & MBSE methodologies aiming at driving digital transformation across the propulsion perimeter.

Your challenges:
Build and execute a multi-year financial and capability roadmap for MBSE tools and processes to deliver quantifiable business cases.
Deploy scaled SysML and MBSE capabilities covering architecture, test, validation, and qualification for propulsion systems across the digital ecosystem.
Steer cross-functional technical alignment with engine manufacturers, powerplant suppliers, and internal DDMS teams to enforce system coherence.
Coach engineering teams and managers directly on modeling tools (e.g., Cameo, Capella) to drive method adoption across project perimeters.
Monitor project key performance indicators dynamically and integrate lessons learned into continuous improvement deliverables for the Propulsion center.
Your boarding pass:
Background in Engineering with aircraft or propulsion systems specialization
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering (SE), MBSE, and strategic project management
Hands-on technical expertise with UML/SysML modeling frameworks (Cameo/MagicDraw, Capella, Matlab Simulink, Amesim)
Deep technical expertise in Powerplant Systems Engineering (engine control, system integration, thermal management, performance)
Proven proficiency in financial forecasting, project budgeting, and ROI business case building for technical transformations
English at a negotiation/advanced level; French is an asset
