Support development and adoption of 3DX Collab tools for the Airframe Digital Twin: analyze As-Is processes, define To-Be solutions, coordinate stakeholders, perform end-to-end functional testing, validate toolsets, drive process improvements, support digitization and automation, and provide training and reporting.

Provide engineering support between A320 Chief Engineer, design offices, manufacturing and quality: create/approve design corrective actions, repairs, rework and temporary aircraft definitions; perform basic stress calculations and repair design; lead troubleshooting during structural assembly; manage design changes and configuration control throughout manufacture and flight line activities.

Manage sales and support activities for assigned sales area: develop account plans, collect market intelligence, meet sales targets and budgets, create pricing/quotations, report forecasts, support cross-/up-selling, liaise with Product Marketing, and ensure compliance with company policies and IT systems (SAP, SVA, Business Objects).

Support and maintain IAM environment and Active Directory to ensure high availability and security. Resolve Level 3 IAM incidents, contribute to IAM projects, collaborate with IT/security teams, and provide technical recommendations for IAM service evolution. European travel expected.
