Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an IAM Operations Specialist to join our Digital Infrastructure team in Elancourt (or Toulouse), France.
As part of our Identity & Access Management department, the IAM Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic projects, contributing to the reliability and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Maintain and secure Active Directory infrastructures, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards.
Manage and resolve Level 3 incidents related to IAM solutions.
Support and contribute to strategic projects involving IAM products and solutions.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve IAM processes and operations.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the evolution of IAM services.
Business trips are to be expected in Europe and, therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.
Your profile:
Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience (3+ years) working on IAM products and solutions
Strong knowledge of Active Directory operations and security
Experience in incident management and troubleshooting
Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
Ability to work collaboratively in a transnational team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects systems
Rigorous mindset and attention to detail in security contexts
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
The candidate must possess French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of August 9, 2021 (§1.2.2.1).
