The Reliability Engineer develops maintenance plans, analyzes asset criticality, performs RCA, and supports EHS and loss prevention programs.

Prepare and file sales and use tax returns and refund claims, reconcile tax accounts, resolve notices, assist with income, franchise and miscellaneous tax filings, and support tax provision and return preparation.

Provide mechanical engineering support for hot rolling operations: manage sustaining and capital projects, coordinate vendors and contractors, integrate mechanical systems, lead problem-solving for process and machine improvements, and improve safety, efficiency, and reliability of manufacturing infrastructure.

Manage and grow customer accounts via proactive outreach, drive orders and digital adoption, resolve customer issues, coordinate with outside sales and internal teams, update Salesforce, and meet revenue and KPI targets.

The Metallurgical Engineer supports manufacturing processes, resolves quality issues, and evaluates products based on customer requirements.

Manage customer connections by facilitating communication between customers and various departments, resolve issues, provide feedback to teams, and handle order processes.

Manage customer relationships and order execution: quote follow-up, order entry, post-order issue resolution, liaison between customer, plant, quality, supply chain and finance, and support sales leadership to negotiate pricing, delivery and claims.

Support and lead plate manufacturing processes: ensure product/process control, resolve quality issues, develop products/processes/equipment per customer requirements, and collaborate with support staff, shift leaders, and hourly workforce. May require off-shift or weekend work.

Provide electrical engineering support to maintenance, safety, quality, and operations in a finishing/mill environment. Troubleshoot and root-cause equipment/process issues, develop engineered solutions, manage large equipment rebuild projects, implement preventative maintenance, and support quality, safety, and environmental objectives.

Develop and maintain customer relationships for architectural/commercial window business, prepare estimates and convert quotes to orders, provide pricing strategies and market intelligence, coordinate with outside sales and internal teams, resolve customer issues, and support order pursuit and quoting accuracy.
